1. Agreement and service scope
By using this website or engaging Prometheus Tax Services LLC, you agree to these terms. The final scope, price, requested records, and delivery expectations may be confirmed in writing before work begins. Website information is general and does not itself create a professional engagement.
2. Client information and cooperation
Clients must provide complete, accurate, timely information and review work before submission. Prometheus may rely on client-supplied records without independently auditing or verifying them. Missing, unclear, late, or inaccurate information may delay work, change pricing, or prevent completion.
3. Fees and third-party costs
Published rates apply only to the stated scope. Account-reconciliation prices apply separately to each account. Schedule C and Workers’ Comp audit preparation use starting prices that vary with records, income, complexity, and requirements. The $300 LLC-registration service fee excludes Georgia’s required state filing fee, and EINs are issued free by the IRS. Custom documents are quoted by request. Government, filing, carrier, penalty, postage, and third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Taxes, reconciliation, and audits
Tax and account-reconciliation services depend on client-provided information. Prometheus does not guarantee refunds, tax positions, filing acceptance, financial results, carrier decisions, or audit outcomes. Account reconciliation is not an audit, review, attestation, or assurance engagement. Workers’ Comp audit preparation and authorized-representative support remain subject to the agreed scope; the insurer or auditor controls classifications, premiums, and final results.
5. Administrative preparation and no legal advice
USCIS, LLC-registration, EIN, letter, acknowledgement, invoice, and other administrative services use facts supplied by the client. Prometheus is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, strategy, rights analysis, legal drafting, or representation, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Clients remain responsible for reviewing documents, filing, paying required government fees, and meeting deadlines. Seek a licensed attorney for legal advice.
6. Government and third-party decisions
No approval, processing time, immigration status, LLC registration, EIN issuance, ITIN decision, document acceptance, carrier determination, or other third-party outcome is promised. Prometheus does not claim IRS Acceptance Agent or Certifying Acceptance Agent status.
7. Communications and electronic records
Email, text, messaging, and online forms may not be fully secure. Do not send highly sensitive information through the public contact form. Clients authorize reasonable electronic communication using the contact details they provide and are responsible for maintaining access to those channels.
8. Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Prometheus is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by incomplete client information, third-party decisions, system outages, missed communications, or use outside the agreed scope. These terms may be updated as services or requirements change; the version posted when a service is confirmed governs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
