Information we receive
When you use the booking form, call, email, or message us, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, service interest, message, and any other information you voluntarily provide. Website hosting may also process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, device details, and request logs for security and operation.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested services, communicate about scope and documents, provide services after engagement, maintain records, improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank or payment credentials, passwords, full tax records, immigration records, or other sensitive documents through the public booking form. If an engagement requires sensitive records, request the appropriate delivery method directly from Prometheus.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by website hosting, communications, document, accounting, payment, or other service providers used to operate the business. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their function.
Retention, security, and choices
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for inquiries, services, legal duties, dispute resolution, and business administration. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. You may contact Prometheus to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties.
